Be careful:
I called this company becasue I heard them on the radio and they told me that they could save my home from foreclosure with no upfront fees. When I went into the office to meet them, it was a completely different story! They wanted me to write them a check for almost $2000. They told us that there fee was whatever our mortgage payment was. When I asked the guy if it was against the law to charge upfront, he told me that it was not upfront because he had spoken to us 1st. I then asked him if I could pay them when we save my house and he said no. He told us that we had to pay them this amount in order to do process my file.
I decided to contact my mortgage company on my own becasue I was not comfortable about this company telling me one thing then doing another when we met. I have seen all over the news that you should not have to pay ANY MONIES upfront to these companies becasue they just take your money and run.
