Earlier this year I had lost my job and was unable to pay my mortgage. I had gotten a few months behind and then I got a postcard in the mail from Fresh Start Mortgage Solution, LLC. So I decided to give them a call before my house went into foreclosure. I paid Fresh Start $1,300 to help me negotiate with the mortgage company. Well I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on. I kept getting letters from the mortgage company stating my house was going up for foreclosure. Finally I talked to someone at my mortgage company and I was told that they have not heard anything from a company called Fresh Start. So basically they took my money and haven't done any of the work. My house is still in the foreclosure status.
