First Regional 401 they wrote a fake check and took money out of my bank acct Pheniox

This company first regional 401 centralized teturns wrote a check to id protection services for 33.98 and took it out of my bank acct without my permission or knowledge and now they refuse to refund it back and now my bank will not return my over the fee charges because of this.
