Violates FDCPA Does Not Care cease letter sent still calls

Sent cease letter on 10/18/06 delivery date was 10/23/06.
Reginal adjustment bureau called on 11/07/06, said they never got the cease letter. I am keeping notes of when reginal adjustment bureau calls. I am planing on filing a lawsuit
against them tommorow. What else can i do?
