Wrote a bogus check to my checking acct

I check my bank account once a week, and today was my weekly look at my account. This EZ loan place wrote a check to my account on 12/16 for $30. It states no electronic signature needed and it's for a deposit only to their account. I have no idea who this company is, nor how they gained access to my account and why they wrote a check to themselves for any amount without my knowledge or permission. I'm contacting my bank as soon as they open to see if they can assist me in getting my money back from this place. There should be harsher laws for companies like this one who steal bank information and write checks to themselves without the account holders even knowing they're doing it until it's already done.
