Camacoma Sent me a letter stating I paid for something, did not explain what I bought for $248

I received a letter in the mail from GI Holding / altCharge stating 'Thank you for your payment of $248.00 for merchant CamaComa' I have no idea who theses guys are, I never paid for anything to them. I called CamaComa and the guy that answered said all reps. Were busy and send an e-mail. Did not give me a chance to leave a message or wait for the next sales rep. Baseically I feel that the company blew me off and ripped me off.
