Overcharged, misleading, hidden fees, false advertising, poor service, bad customer service

We got COMCAST triple play, we signed up for it on the internet.

We were quoted: $114.99 a month for phone, internet and cable tv.

We were not told about a start up fee, or one time fee.

We got billed, it was like $200 for our first bill.

We got another bill and it was up to $343.

Third bill was over $400 and we noticed that we were being charged $114.99 for internet and tv and phone service was an extra $25.

We called to ask why, and were told the run around and they tried to explain it was included, but it wasn't the bill showed it.

We were also being charged for digital TV and we don't have a digital tv or a digital box.

We were told we now owed them over $600, and we have only had this service for 2 months!

COMCAST ripped us off.
