The Walmart MoneyCard may be the greatest laugh! The client support individuals have no idea what they're doing! They actually lay! I've looked at walmart to get a very long time and not obtained such poor support when I did using the people about the telephone to truly have the individualized card delivered to me. I purchased my first card, spend $3 plus set $20 onto it. Didn't realize that I really could not need them fedx in my experience since there is insufficient $ onto it, the client support individual didn't inform me this simply stated I'd to purchase a different one and do it again. Therefore the following day I return to walmart purchase a 2nd card (recall used to do not understand I required a bigger amount of cash onto it) and so I continue point attempt it again! Today I try to get it done in only my kids name-but the concept pops up that the guardian must approve it and so I am again talking to a person service representative. This time around he described that it had been currently triggered that it mightnot be fedx in my experience what exactly they need me to complete is RETURN TO WALMART A THIRD-TIME BUY ANOTHER CARD SET MORE MONEY ABOUT IT AND CALL THEM DIRECT877-965-7848. And so i move obtain a next card!!! I place 50 bucks onto it and that i arrive home and call the amount directed at me!!! Currently here is the biggest joke!!! I named, were left with a repetition again and she moves "it'll be mailed to you in 7 to 10 business times" at that time i quit her and stated "i want that one fedx in my experience " thus she sends me to a different department to allow them to fedx it in my experience. NEED DO YOU CONSIDER I ACQUIRED? SORRY BUT IT HAD BEEN ACTIVATED AND WE CANNOT FEDX IT FOR YOU!!! Used to do not get it done! The rep about the phone did and did not request easily desired it fedx in my experience! TODAY A THIRD CARD CAN'T BE FEDX IN MY EXPERIENCE!
I wasn't even given the choice whatsoever using the pc or talking with a repetition to possess it fedx!!! It's in the paperwork whenever you choose the first card that it'll charge 20 bucks to own it fedx!
That everything i needed however the repetitions lied!!! I finally had enough talking towards the repetitions and so i requested to talk to a boss who stated that the next card with 50 bucks could be fedx n in my experience and that i might have it friday today is sunday!!! Used to do not receive it since the repetitions lied!!! I'm so disappointed in the manner i had been treated and lied to! I desire i not have to look at walmart again or cope with the representatives about the phone since they're liars. If so when i obtain these silly cards i'll get all the cash off them and cut them up because it was the largest joke of the company i ever endured to cope with.individually i believe walmart shouldn't sell them until they train their people properly to cope with customers and the difficulties that include the card! And so they should tell the computer programmers to review the program because its not right!!! I never been so mad at customer service reps within my life!!! Lies lies lies is all i acquired!!! I believe walmart customer support should take lessons from ll bean inc. Simply because they would not treat people the i had been treated by walmart repetitions!
