I purchased a Walmart Income Card from walmart in Foothill Ranch CA. This can be a prepaid bank card. I settled 6 bucks for that service charge and packed 200 bucks onto the prepaid card. I needed this prepaid card to pay for a statement online. After I experimented with trigger the card online, I had been provided an 800-number to contact, to accomplish the service. Obviously work for that 800-number was shut and so I waited untill 24 hours later and offered them a phone. They advised me they can't trigger my card since I've "damaging exercise" on another prepaid card. It was information in my experience since I actually donot have every other prepaid charge cards. They might not supply me with any info regarding this "damaging exercise" not the organization name or even the card title, nothing. So That They should approach a reimbursement for me personally. I say okay, I Will simply return to walmart and obtain a reimbursement, however they stated I couldn't do this. The one thing they stated they are able to do is send me a look for the reimbursement which obviously will require 7-10 business days. Or I really could have it fast in my experience, but obviously I'd need to spend 20 bucks for this. I find this entire situation absurd. I've no additional prepaid balances so it's difficult for me personally to possess damaging exercise on a single. Therefore due to their pc error as well as their unwillingness to correct it, I'm out 200 bucks untill they choose to send it in my experience. I cant afford to get rid of 200 bucks to get a morning, not to mention 7-10 days. I wrote this criticism to ensure that people might find it and avoid the WALMART MONEYCARD. Thanks.
