They have people to sign up and I never recieved service but they want to continue to take deduction out of my checking account. I contact the BBB today. Mantua

I signed up with the company last year at the beginning they sent me a modum and I hooked it up as the paperwork said and it didn't work. I was only able to get phones from them. I contacted them on my cell phone then they called me back on ntheir equipment. After hanging up with them it didn't work no more. They would not assist me, so when I notified my bank to stop the payments from coming out they contacted me then and want to have someone come out and fix and/or set it up then it was officially $235.00 already made before this happened mind I never used the service.

The tech told me I had to still pay for service I then ask to speak to a supervisor and in which he informed me as well that I would have to pay a suspension amount for the duration of the contract for what two years for something I never used one day and could not get assistance from them. But the killing part of it is they never issued me a phone number. So it had been bothering me so today I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a report against them. I don't know what the turn out will be but I hope at least they can stop them from taking deduction out of my check.
