Parts came loose inside the engine damaging the heads on a 2006 Toyota Tundra with only 23,000 miles. 12 weeks later, the truck is still being repaired. I need the truck every day for farm work, it's my only vehicle. Repairs are under warranty but that doesn't help my situation. Who can I contact at the Toyota headquarters and how? They should know how shoddy their product has become.
