We contacted Rivergate Toyota in Madison Tn to see if they had a red crewmax tundra truck. The salesman said they had a red and a white on. My wife and me travling ovr 40 miles to buy the red tundra and when we got there they only had a white doublecab an no crewmax at all. The salesman said he didnt know wherethe red crewmax was. We purchase the white doublecab and he said when they found the red crewmax they would trade back. My wife was going to buy a new suv from another dealership and we found out that toyota had run a credit report on us and we didnot give them permission to run anything on us. We paid cash and a trade in for the tundra truck. We contacted Rivergate toyota and they thought this was funny i dont think this is a laughing matter I had asked at the time we was purchasing the tundra why they wantedour ss# they said that they need it for the paperwork No credit was asked about because we were paying cash. They also stress to us to filled out their survey when we received it and make sure we put excellent on everything so they can get a good report how can I falsely report ecellent when I feel like I have been lied to and misled.
