Faulty Air induction system error code P0419

I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra 4x4 Crew Max truck. I am a traveling salesman. After 1 year and 42000 miles my check engine light came on. I bought my truck from Priority Toyota in Chster Va. Priority advertises Priority's for life, ie: engines for life. I reccommend Goggling the error code P0419 and put in Toyota Tundra error code P0419 and see all the chat rooms dedicated to this issue. I have been told this emmission system is famous for failure just after the 36000 mile warranty and that it could cost me 4000.00 to fix. All this does is heat up the cataletic convertor when the engine is cold so it burns less polutents. Toyota has an issue with mositure getting into the blower motor and the place they have put these motors, under the fender well of the front 2 tires, getting into the systems and causing lock ups. I have contacted the dealer and Toyota and told nothing they could do to help me and to file a complaint with the EPA who makes them put these devices on cars. My complaint is I believe if you Google the complaint you will see that this is obviously a faulty part and Toyota could have placed this part in a more moisture free area. My pick up is a 4x4 and I travel on construction sites and in snow. For Toyota to have this part placed where it is and the quality of the unit is poor, I believe they need to be more liable to their customers. My Mechanic also informed me that when I fix this that because of the design there is no guarranntee it won't happen again and another 4000 repair. This just isn't right and I also believe they are cheating people on the price to repair. I could almost replace the transmission or engine for 4000 atleast a rebuilt one. 4000 is to extreme and it is their poor design and poor quality that is causing the issue not the way I drive or take care of my truck
