I have had nothing but trouble with my t-mobile account and telephone. It took two months for t-mobile to transfer my account from Verizon. Then the blue tooth did not work. After that the telephone would not charge believe it. I use my telephone for my job and physicians I have cancer and can not afford to drop calls yes a new development. I have visited several of there sites here in Dallas for aid to no avail. Unbelievably, I have another catastrophe accessing the log activity turns the telephone off. I have spoken with the t-mobile staffer a number of times to no avail. His solution is to send me the same telephone again. I suggest this telephone is a lemon. I do not want this Nokia telephone it is substandard I make this assumption after two have failed. The representative did nothing except say over and over that he could not change brands his hands were tied. I would like another telephone or a release from my contract. This situation would be funny it it wasn't so inept.
