Despite paying all charges in full 4 months before the cruise, I was charged by the hotel and car service for services prepaid.
After calling and emailing numerous times, I have had nothing resolved and am told that I do not have any past trips on my account despite charges on my credit card from travelocity, charges from the pre-cruise hotel and car company, as well as the fact that I actually went on the trip.
So far, travelocity has done nothing to remedy the situation and continues to make it worse. I will not use the company's service again.
