Staff at this location are friendly and they did a great job cleaning my clothing. The problem... Management is obviously out of touch. I just moved to LWR, so I needed to find a new drycleaner. I found their ad in the Lakewood Ranch Premier Pages offering a $25 coupon for new customers. THE CATCH - The coupon is only redeemable after $50 worth of dry cleaning. I spoke with a pleasant person named "Sally" who assured me that I could use the coupon on my first order if the cost exceeded $50. Well, I hauled 18 items to their location, AT A COST OF $130. No problem, I've got a coupon right - WRONG!!! When I retrieved my order, the manager said the coupon wasn't valid at THEIR location. SAY WHAT???!!! She said I could use it at one of their other stores. NO THANKS HONEY!!! You have assured that I will NEVER clean my clothing at ANY Purity location ever again.in this economy, NO COMPANY can afford to PI$-OFF a paying customer. Great job!!!
