We got a Ace Air duct cleaning coupon in Val PAk and called for service. The coupon says the ultimate cleaning is for 59 docllars and includes unlimited duct cleaning. When they showed up, they said I have lot of bacteris filed up in return vents and they are not inckuded in the coupon and it would cost 575 dollars. I argued coupon doesn't say any type of vents as extra. They finally agreed to do the basic cleaning of the returns for 40 dollars. But the way they did is very dissatisfactory. They just put a vacuum cleaner pipe in that vent for 2 seconds and said it is done. I don't see any dust came out of the house. They said it will come down in a month. It was too wierd. They were in a lot of hurry and finished entire job in 30 minutes. I don't even have time to check all the vents. They were outside waiting for payment. After they have gone, I found they didn't even touch the vents behind sofa and I can see the old dust strings hanging from roof vents. I would not recomend them to anyone.
