Continously ignored my e-mails and still have not shipped my Cigarettes - paid for them 6 weeks ago

This was my second order from this Vendor - the first one arrived after 6 weeks. Not a problem.

I placed the second one 12/10/10 - the check cleared 12/20/10 - and at this point (2/1) my order status shows still pending.

I have e-mailed them numerous times - never a reply. At this point I am very angry - I'm out $ 168 - and worried that if I try torecover the money thru my Bank, they will blacklist me with all other Cigarette sites.

Has ANYBODY receivedtheir orders lately?
