I ordered a mug for my boyfriend, he drinks a lot of coffee, it was personalized with a screen shot of our two world of warcraft characters, a cute saying, and the date we hooked up. Our 6 month anniversary was April 18th. I ordered it on the 16th, but I knew it wasnt going to arrive on time, which was fine. But it NEVER got to him.
April 17 - order confirmation emailed, said it was delivered by DHL
April 29 - I emailed them with order number, shipping date, said it had not been received, and asked for a tracking number
April 29 - they replied, said it was shipped on the 17th and takes 10 business days to be delivered
May 3 - I emailed and said it should had arrived on the 1st, again asking for tracking number
May 5 - they replied twice with a tracking number, said it was sent by USPS
I checked USPS.com, UPS.com, and DHL.com for this tracking number. Nothing. I emailed them back regarding this.
May 6 - I called them. I spoke to a Tony. He said that he'd have to call me back once he investigates into it. He said if he couldnt contact me by phone, he'd email me. Nothing. Since then I've tried calling their customer service about 5 times, always getting their recorder during their business hours.
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I told them in a voicemail I'll be going to my bank to fill out a non authorization form to get my money back and go to a different company to tend to my SPECIAL MOMENTS needs...
