I order a laser on line, and shipment was promised in 3-5 days, after 10 days i emailed and did not get a response, i called the phone number, it would ring then go directly to dial tone,
i tried to do a chat with the company, got no reponse untill 5 attempts, was told by the person i was chatting with just to wait the ordser would arrive.
I asked if the order had shipped and could i get a tracking number, they said they had no info for me at that time, i waited 2 more days and emailed and was told they are busy to wait 48 hrs and i would recieve an email with tracking number.
Well its been 24 days and nothing no tracking number no order has arrived, i do email them and they keep telling me to wait 2 more days, they have told me to wait 2 more days at least 6 times now.
Ive given up on seeing my order.
