P Dhingra BidFuel.com charging money to Credit Card just by sending one junk email (which people do not read)

I received one survey on internet. It offer some my price incentive. I clicked. It shows me a eBay related CD in 1.97.1.97 as small amout and it was eBay name so I paid.

I paid and received CD. Never used it. Never went to their site.

Then I realize that bidfuel is charging 39.95 to my credit card every month.

How a company authorize to charge credit card without authorization?
Why their office is not shut down?

These companies are spoling our economy because people lost trust on ecommerce. They should be punished for Cyber Crime.
