South ridge auto brokers
In Riverside, California

I bought a 2003 Suzuki XL-7 Touring from South Ridge Auto Brokers in riverside, california July. I had called a few days before to ask about this car. I spoke with the President of South Ridge Auto Brokers Joseph Leach & he said this car was a perfect 10. When I was buying the car, JC, who sold the car to me, also said it was a perfect 10. I will be paying about $15,000 total for this car after interest, warranty & taxes. I haven't had the car 3 months & have had so many problems. I paid $800 to get the back & front shocks & struts replaced, $600 for 60,000 mile service, $150 for tires to be switched because 1 of the tires was on the wrong side of the car & to get the tires balanced & re-aligned & $150 for a/c to be serviced and $900 for 4 brand new tires. The car still has a lot more problems. There is a popping & squeaking noise coming from the car and a mechanic told me it can be the cv joints, ball joints, sway bar or the rack and pinion which I already had the rack and pinion repaired once before. So I need to find out exactly what the problem is, if it's the cv joints, ball joints, sway bar or rack and pinion again and get that popping and squeaking noise fixed. And that cost me out of pocket just to have it looked at and checked, plus to get it fixed it will cost me out of pocket also because it isn't covered on the warranty I bought for the SUV. A mechanic told me the hub bearings need to be fixed and the rack and pinion needs to be fixed because the rack and pinion is smashed so that will cost me out of pocket also. And the 20" tires/rims are too big and heavy for the car & hit its frame. And a mechanic said that South Ridge had to know the tires and rims were too heavy for the SUV. A mechanic asked me if the SUV had been in a car accident because he said the front wheels are not even, they're not lined up - that one of the wheels was up like an inch more than the other one on the other side which he measured. That mechanic had asked me if it was in a car accident because the front wheels aren't even like they are supposed to be. South Ridge should have known the car had a lot of things wrong with it & that were going bad when they sold it to me. They should have at least sold me a car that didn't have so many things wrong with it. They shouldn't have lied to me & said the car was a perfect 10.
