Bidfuel charged against my account $2.10 for the "free information by mail" on 4-16 I received my packet two weeks later. I went to the website to see how I could cancel.
I was made aware that you had to cancel or each month you would be charged $39.95. However I read you could cancel AT ANY TIME.
So on 4-20 I emailed them after never able to reach anyone by phone and stated I no longer wanted their services. TWO DAYS LATER I get $42.55 withdrawn from my account!
I have since left a voicemail with their 1-866-407-1021 number.
I have also filed a complaint through eBay who should be ashamed and as long as they are endorsing them, I will not use eBay any further.
I have now sent BidFuel ripoff two emails and will continue sending them on a regular basis.
I will go on squeekin'
Class action suit?
