I am writing to inquire about Foster and Garbus. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Foster and Garbus about the money that they are stating that is owed, but no one has ever returned my phone calls... I am not even sure if they are a true company. I was told to make my payment arrangement with the local sheriff's department and I have done that for the past 6 months, and now I am getting letters stating that they want all the money. And that they had already sent a letter to the payroll department of my current job stating that they are going to be garnishing my wages. I am trying to find out what the total about due is so I can get it paid in full... And also trying to find out if I still have to make the payments to the local sheriff's department. Please help!!! I have been a victim of this kind of scam before and ended up having to file bankruptcy!!! I don't want to have to go thru that ever again!!! Please help!!!
