My accounts are still frozen. I have tried to settle. No response. I have paid sheriff what i can. Im unemployed. Banks are telling me to deal with creditor. The creditor is telling me to deal with the sheriff. The sheriff is telling me to deal with the bank.
Is there any relief in getting my bank accounts unfrozen and this game stopped. I have been unemployed since april. Sheriff is working with me. Cost is still going up but i cant pay. I dont owe anything. I dont know what i can do. Two payments have been made to the sheriff cause of wage garnishment but nothing else.
The courts dont want to hear that i didnt get the summons, the sheriffs just wants the payments and says this is a blood sucking company and said i picked a good one. Its not right. When i came on hear i cant believe how many others are being affected by this company. My amt with sherrif keeps going up and up and up. So for me to wait its going to be outrageous. Is there anything legal i can do. I have no job. Also because of this i am refuse jobs cause its on my credit report. What can i do if anything.
The company forster & garbus wont do anything. I have letter sent to sheriff of me asking for settlement then that was the last time i heard from them. When i called them they said i was crazy and never sent that letter. Then i talked to a liza gibbons and she said that the amount was way to low. Well i have news for her my bill was only 550.00 from capital one and i was paying the bill they just miss applied the payment. So for that to 2025.00 thats crazy. I did fight it and have letters to back this up but capital one never wanted to deal with this and sent me directly to collections. Thus some shady stuff i would say started with capital one and now continues with forster and garbus. Also i would like to say capital one says they would accept the settlement but forster and garbus says no. So what is that. This is crazy. Some explaining needs to be done from these companys. No more playing games. Any advice. Glad to hear it. I am contacting the attorney generals office and showing him all these other cases. This is nuts for this company to get away with this.
