My brother called me to lend him $2000 for this great house located at 9935 Wystone in Northridge, CA. He told me that the guy was really hot to trot for him to get him the first, last and security deposit of $6K and wanted it yesterday. The house has a significantly higher real estate rental value and he was going to rent it to them for $6K. This raised many red flags in my mind as the normal is move in on the first of the month and pay the deposit at that time. Another thing that struck me as very odd was that he was leaving them the furniture in the house and clearly this is another significant red flag.

So as you can see the house is in foreclosure. My brother, his wife and their 2 small children obviously would have been ripped off when the Sheriff came and locked up the house. Their credit is not great and only my brother works to support the household. I am so agitated by this that I am filing the report.

I guess my family and I will jump on this Band Wagon too. We also have received a very sorry excuse for a Service Animal from Heritage Specialty Dogs. This dog is plain out crazy. He has assaulted our child, injuring him. This "Service Dog" has also biting problems.
He has bitten our child so many times that our child will not even associate with the dog. Every time he sees the dog he cries with fear. The "Service Dog" has killed our neighbors cat, not to mention almost killing our cat also. The last time we took the dog in public it was so awful. We were standing in line getting ready to check out at a local store and then all of the sudden the dog bolted to the exit of the store dragging our child behind him, our child was tethered to the dog for safety. Doesn't seem to safe to me? We have had this dog for a while.
He is NOT house broken. To be honest... As of right now it is not even allowed in the house! I will not stand a dog relieving itself in my home. Especially without notice. This dog will stand up... Look at you and then start urinating everywhere. As some of the others have stated please do your research when choosing a service animal. To be greatly honest I feel like we have another child instead of a service animal. It was so much easier before we received this dog. I guess now we are just stuck with it...

Kills small animals, including kittens
Chews on everything
Drags child when tethered
No vet records, had to re-vaccinate
Plays in traffic, he lures our child into the road

That is just to name a few. Please do your research and don't make the same multi-thousand dollar mistake we did.
