Wheel fell off and brakes failed after "repair"

In October we had a winter tire change-over on a Ford Freestar Minivan, done at Big-O Tires in Monument, Colorado. A short time later, my wife was driving on I25 and the left front wheel fell off. Damage was done to the vehicle and all the wheels were loose. We had the vehicle towed back to the Big-O and they admitted the work they had done caused the wheel to fall off. They "fixed" the vehicle while my wife waited. They said the vehicle was fixed and she went to pick up our son (within a few miles of the Big-O. After she picked him up, the brakes failed. The brake fluid had leaked out because Big-O had not fixed the vehicle. We then had the vehicle towed to another repair shop. We informed Big-O we were going to another shop since they were negligent in the tire change-over and willfully negligent in sending my wife out in a vehicle in which the brakes were guaranteed to fail. We told them that we expected them to pay for all necessary repairs to vehicle due to their negligence and incompetence. There was body damage to the vehicle as well (due to the wheel falling off). Since that time, over a month ago, we have submitted the repair expenses with all receipts and estimates to Big-O. We hand delivered the expense receipts and the attached documentation to the manager at Big-O Tires in Monument, Colorado on two separate occasions, and sent that same documentation by certified mail to the manager and owner of Big-O Tires in Monument, CO. My wife called on numerous occasions to follow-up. She received no response. We will proceed with legal action if we do not receive payment by December 31. We believe that Big-O Tires has acted in such a careless, negligent and willfully reckless behavior, that this complaint requires severe action. We are concerned that someone will be seriously injured or killed due to Big-O's actions. They appear to have no remorse or awareness about the severity of their actions. It is by the grace of God that my wife and other people were not injured on I25 when the wheel fell off and that my son and wife and other people were not injured or killed when the brakes failed. We appreciate your help and prompt action in protecting the general public. Detailed documentation is attached for your reference. Please contact us with any clarification and/or questions. Thank you for your follow-up.
