My family also received a poor excuse for a Service Dog from this company. There is no need for me to explain our problems with the dog. Just read everyone else's post. Please save yourself the hassle and do not wast you money with this company. We would have been better off going to the Animal Shelter and getting a dog there. This company is VERY un-organized and has lied to us on multiple occasions. I think it is just so awful for someone to take advantage of parents trying to help their children like this company does.
This animal does not do even one thing specified on the contract and like all of the others say... No vet records, no nothing. Worst investment we ever made. Please do your research with a company before purchasing.
