Ricky Ray Small son of Garry Small owner of Garry Small Saab. Ricky Ray Small has never paid a dime of child support to his one year old son. Lonnie Small (Ricky's mother) badgers the mother of this child as to why the State of Oregon and California wants to collect the $400 per month child support owed.
Lonnie Small wants the mother to only have her dysfunctional child Ricky pay child support if he can, when he can, for whatever amount of money he can. Mr. And Mrs. Small pay all of Ricky's bills and he is 36 years old. Evidently they don't want to add the child support to his monthly obligations.
To top this nightmare off, the State of Oregon just recently picked up this child from Ricky Ray Small's house. Allegations of domestic violence, and substance abuse issues. Seems Ricky Ray has been working on his own plan to take care of his only child. This man has been destroying the mother to take care of his obligations! What a puke of a human being.
