I purchased software to rid my PC of 1,034 errors found on a "free" scan. I was immediately debited $34.95. Tried for several hours to download; finally went to Tech support. They couldn"t get it to.By now, my PC had frozen and I had to call a local Tech the next AM to the tune of $75.00/hr. He got me back up and I contacted Reg Tools (software) and they said sure, no problem. Get that refund right out to you. I am still waiting to hear from CickBank after numerous e-mails and phone calls.By the way, the software was removed the day of the initial problem.
