Dear. CEO - Tom Purves
I’m a disappointed owner of one of the ultimate driving machines, I’m not happy with the service I have gotten from BMW Houston North. I have had my car about a year now and a couple of months later I experience a problem with my head lamp and I took it into service and no one wanted to help me because it was 15 min until closing, but I cant ride at night with no head lamp, when they fixed it, they said it was just loose, and I was told It was Travis Wright, by BMW who serviced my car, and the next day my lamp went out again, now remind you I have a service warranty, and a 100,000 mile power trained warranty, and I had 50000 mile on my car at that time, I had to pay for my lamp replacement and when I did he said I had to buy 2 lamps if one go out Totaling $73.00, I asked Travis Wright why do I have to pay for my service he said I don’t have a warranty my warranty ran out at 50000 miles, I told him I just got my car and he said my warranty went out at 50000, so I ask about getting my car service and he said it will cost me $535.00, so I took my car to get serviced to Pep Boys, so some 20,000 odd miles later I go to trade my car in and magically I have a 100,000 mile warranty, and B. J Joulvette my salesman asked me why I have not been getting my car serviced, I told him because I was told I didn’t have a warranty and he told that I have a 100,000 mile warranty, well he said that he will get everything straightened out and get me the right value for my car so I can have a trade in, so B. J told me to get my car serviced and before I got my service one of my fog lamps where out, now remind you I had to pay for my first lamp that went out when I just got my car, but when I got my car out of service I had a new fog lamp, but I was told that it was not covered in the past, so I was lied to by Service and BMW, I don’t think it’s fair I know I’m just one person but I will take this far as I can and I don’t want to do that all I want is a to get me another car and not have to go through what I went through again, I don’t think is right that the customer have to suffer because of the BMW’s mistake, all I ask for is for BMW to take responsibility for it’s mistake.
