Message to CRE Drivers Manager Through The Trucks QUALCOMM system
I have 5 days vacation time coming to me
I do not want to wind up as a company monthly new blip as just another driver who died from natural causes.
I need to get home, I need to see my doctor and depending on what my doctor says I then will try to return back to work.
When I get home I will empty out my truck and then you can do what you want with it. It will be at the Mira Loma Yard in for service. This is the same place where I received this truck so CRE can not say it was truck abandonment.
March 20 I was granted the time off from My DM (drivers manager) through the qualcomm system.
With no return date requested And will receive a route going home soon.
March 31 Received a run #5529285 in Green Bay, WI going to Golden State foods, City of Industry, CA after I am unloaded on Apr 3 6pm pst. I can go to the Mira Loma Yard and go home.
April; 3 At 7pm I arrived at the Mira Loma Yard and Unload my truck and had the service Department schedule the truck for service. And then I went home.
On Arial 6 2009 I called the blue cross doctor on my list of doctors to use from the blue cross website and they only showed only 2 in the area, the first one in now a pizza place, and the second one only took my number to call me back but never did, I call twice.
On Arial 8 2009 I went and got my eyes checked and was issued another prescription for a new set of glasses. I received my new set on Arial 14 2009.
Arial 15 2009 I call Cre England and was advised that my truck was given to another driver on the 6th day and that they show me terminated from CR England not subject to rehire, and was advised that my Dac report will also be red flagged stopping me from returning to driving truck with anyone.
Now I have no job, and was advised by unemployment Deapartment that I will not recive any help from them. No unemployment checks due to what cre reports.
Now Loseing my house...
