C.R. England makes promises they cant keep. When you drive a truck long haul, the only way to make money is to keep the wheels turning. They hire so many people that you cannot keep moving. The wait between loads or downtime as it is called is enormous.
I drove for them as a lease operator for almost a year, trying to make enough money to pay my bills which were only 3500 dollars a month, in southern California thats cheap living. We lost our home. I never turned down A load yet I could not make any money. I stayed out for three months straight trying to make money. I was going negative in the lease op program.
The truck broke down so often I was negative on my checks because I didnt have enough in my trust fund for repairs yet, so they came out of my settlement checks each week.
Because I had to leave their truck in their yard at Mira Loma, California and not return it to Salt Lake City Utah, they are demanding I owe them 6,000 for abandoning their truck.
I had no choice, I already lost my home, which I wasn't even home when they came to kick my wife and children out because C.R. England couldnt get me home to help move my family!!?
Thats how much C.R. England cares about their drivers. The worst experience of my life.
