I approached support children this past year 08 to assist attempt to gather my kids child support. To begin with the US government would just return on my kids situation three years I requested the DOR judge why they are able to return 7 years for government fees and only 3 for child-support... His response was the missing parent might never catch-up... What concerning the citizen guardian and also the kid??? Our boy was 10 from the period the DOR ultimately considered since his dad would not show up for courtroom despite the fact that he was summoned five times they would CONSIDER him the daddy because he was not displaying up to refuse it. Our boy was 13 before he actually noticed one support cost. Subsequently ASSISTANCE CHILDREN required around plus they created d*n certain they got their 475.00 before my boy actually noticed a cent! They required 34% of each check they fooled his dad into spending. Today they left the cases elsewhere without any notice no nothing... Didnot actually provide the parents an option in regards to what was happening with this instances! ASSISTANCE CHILDREN are liars and THIEVES I believe all people parents must prohibit together and document a-class action suit from this organization. We just require 4 individuals to step-up towards the dish and document it! Publix workers got thousands within their class-action fit do not our children deserve atleast that much???
