I'm not sure Dell cares... I had a defective product right from the start... The problem is still happening, but now the warranty has expired. Why should I have to pay money for repairs when I had the same complaint right after I purchased the product. The notebook randomly restarts no matter what application is being used. I'm not a computer geek. My son needs the notebook for school... He tried to contact tech support a few times... Long waiting time, disconnected several times, gave up in frustration because the problem happened while he was working on school assignments... He used the school computers instead. He was away and didn't realize the warranty had expired. A hard lesson for an 18 year old. Dell should fix the computer in "good faith" because the problem has existed the whole time.
