Agora Services has been charging me for services that I did not request —I went back and looked at my bills and realized that they had been hitting me up for the past 14 months for $8.72 a month. All along I thought that was ATT charging for the voice mail that I do use. Found out from ATT today them today that it was not them.
I called the company and she was like we can only credit you for 3 months... I was like WHATTT? I need to speak to your supervisor... She said call back in 3 hours he is in a meeting... By now I'm HOT... Anyway googled the company and they have all kinds of scam/fraud charges against them... So I called back to speak to her supervisor Brian 3 hours later... And he was like well we have already given you credit for 3 months. He was like I can only give you and additional 4 month... I was like AND? You charged me for 14 Months... I want ALL my money... He was like I am not authorized... And I was like you were not authorized to charge me and you did...
I told him that I was going to contact my attorney and also the BBB... I was like who else can I talk to... So he said well you can talk to my sueprvisor Reggie but he is tied up right now can he call you back. I said what is his number I will call him directly. He said hold on he is available... So Mr. Reggie was like this was signed up for online did you get a confirmation...
I was like NOPE did not sign up for it, never used it... Don't know what it is... Probably went to my spam that I never check and the system automatically deletes junk mail. I have been defrauded and I want ALL my money. You owe me $115.42 plus 6% tax... After about 5 minutes he realized I was not playing... He musta heard the neck roll... LOL
Guess what... My account was credited $115.42 from Agora... And I will be calling ATT to reverse the charges for the taxes.
Do not allow these people to rip you off. Another company that is doing this is Enhanced Services Billing Inc for $15.85 had they both not hit my bill this month I probably would have never caught it.
