We found a monthly fee of $8.23 on our Verizon bill for a voice messaging service from Agora Solutions. We use our home telephone for local calls only and have an answering machine to pick up messages from doctors and pharmacy. We have no use for an answering service and we have never signed up for this service nor have we ever heard of this telecom company.
Our monthly bills are set up to be paid over the internet automically every month thus causing us to become very lax in looking over our bills. So while perusing our phone bill the other day, for the first time in many months, I was shocked to find several unauthorized fees. We have no idea how long these fees have been on our bill.
Agora Solutions does not have a person answering their calls on weekends.
