I locked my keys in my car on the night of 05-03-09 the next morning I called around for prices Dependable locksmith SEEMED! To be fair. I set up an appointment was told it would take 30-45 minutes for the technician to arrive. 90 minutes later the guy calls and says he is on my street, but can't find the house. I go outside and it takes him ten minutes to find me after passing me, me describing the house and cars in front. He finally finds it and is rude because he is frustrated. He trows some papers at me with marks I wasn't sure of and demanded that I sign. I asked what they were for and he said so I can't say I did not need the service after he opened the car. I signed and he opened the car he then brings me a bill for $110 to open the car and $69.00 for the service and I said no I was not going to pay that! He calls his call center or whatever they are, who call me. I explain the situation and he drops the price to $75.00, which is still high. I still have the receipt that proves that they were trying to cheat me cause the guy on the phone (Rob) said it was $39.00 for the call $15.00 for the actual opening. The guy was not happy about the price drop and neither rob or the guy that opened my car would give me his name. When asked the guy, who opened my car told me to shut up! I will be writing a letter to the company and finding every number to call and complain. At all situations avoid this company. It probably would have been a more pleasant experience to break a window and who knows maybe cheaper.
