I locked my keys in my car Friday April 17 in Hamilton Ohio. I searched the net with my phone, and Dependable Locksmith came up as the closest locksmith. They had a $39 service fee $15 for minimum work fee. I was charged the maximum work fee of $141, making the grand total for closest locksmith travel time and 1 minute of work of $180.00 Later, I discovered Dependable Locksmith pays to come up favorably in searches of the net, and has partnered with shady locksmiths all over the country. Now I know I would have been better off if I had made sure I was dealing with a local company with an actual local physical address. The locksmith would not take my check, was rude, and made sexual advances toward me. He insisted on following me to an ATM, where I paid him in cash. I was robbed. His name did not appear on the receipt, and there is no mailing address.
