We signed up for a bundle package thru at&t witch came with direct TV. Direct TV came out on Saturday April 18 and installed our dish. On Monday April 20 I called them to cancel. The rep. Asked me why I told her the picture was horrible the install was crappy. She told me i probably needed to buy a new TV. My TV is a 58 inch plasma samsung bought two months before switching to dish. I told them after hours of talking, in the state of Texas we have a 72 hour right to resend on any contract signed in a home. She put me thru to a supervisor who said you are right sir your disconnect is scheduled for midnight at no charge. They sent us boxes to return there equipment so we returned it. One week later they charged us 459.79 early disconnect fee. I called to ask why, they replied since we bundled thru at&t that voided our 72 hour right to resend. Does anyone have any suggestions? AT&T says DTV is responsible.
