I just received my credit card statement and noticed two unauthorized charges made on two different dates, April 2 & April 14 for a total amount of $66.65. If my memory serves me correctly, on the 2nd of April I noticed that eBay as advertising a "Free" called "learn how to make money on eBay" or something on that order. I was interested in getting that "Free" Kit so I started filling out the required information, when I reached the part where I was required to send them $2.87 for their processing charge, I stopped and closed out the form. If something is offered as FREE then there should not be any charges what so ever. I did not finish the form nor did I authorize any charge to my credit card. A few days later someone called me and inquired why I never finished filling out the form, so I told them I was not interested if it was going to cost me additional money to get the "Kit". So, "The Rest of The Story", they charged my credit card anyway, as far as I can remember I did not furnish my credit card information at any time, neither on the form or verbally.
