Added $50.00 to my verizon bill for a web page that i never ordered albany new york

Just recieved my "verizon" bill with an added $50.00 charge for OAN. A web page which i never ordered. I am on a satelite, "verizon" does not serve internet where i am. I called the number, they said it was for a web page that i had ordered. I never ordered such a thing. I refuse to pay it.
