I bought my vonge phone router for $60 with a $10 rebate from the retailer and a $50 rebate from Vonage. Receaved my rebate from the retailer but never form Vonage!!! When I investigated this, Vonage told me my rebate was rejected because I did not include my account# on the rebate form, this also happens to be the new phone# that was given to me by vonage. Unsure of this since that was the one thing I did not photo copy I e-mailed Vonage and asked them what to do. I was instructed to reprint the rebate form and resubmit it. I did this and attached all information requested and copies of all corispondance with customer service. I receaved notice shortly after submission stating my rebate was not submitted in the required time frame and there was nothing else that could be done. I cancelled my service shortly after!!!
