All My Sons was assigned by World Moving Services to do a company move for myself and 3 others. This company abused us from the very beginning. They were supposed to pick up my things by the end of the month and they didn't show up until the 4th. This made it so I had to pay my apartments rent for those 4 days. There were no apologies, just bull from there.
We left and drove out to TN and we were living in our new apartment. Whenever I would call to find out how much my stuff weighed and an approximate delivery date, they would say "we're still coordinating that move... Call back on Friday and we'll have more information for you" This was Monday the 9th, my husband and the other workers had to be back to work on the 16th and so we needed our things.
They eventually arrived on the 16th and the driver told me that they were there the day before but dispatch told them not to deliver until the 17th. They got everything unloaded, and I noticed that they broke several boxes and that my desk had a chunk taken out of it. I addressed this and he said he would fix it, but he would charge me money. I said forget it.
When it came time to unpack I found that there were several boxes missing, and my bed frame was missing. I called the warehouse in Salt Lake and they told me they'd see if there was one and call me back, they never did.
These boxes were labeled what was in them to my mistake, so whoever took them knew what they were getting. Two boxes were full of DVD's. Two were clothes and the last one was a box of cords and (among other things) had the printer cable to my computer. When I addressed this, I was informed that the insurance would cover my belongings at $0.60/lb, when my total estimated loss was $3,322.11.
I want my things.
These rude SOB's took my things and denied it and want me to accept a pidly amount for my stuff. The stuff they took was not cheap, they knew what they stole and screwed me over.
