This company sent me their product, which I did not request and did not want. I tried to call the 800 number, but that directed me to the Web site, and I did not want to go there. I sent the product back, with a letter saying I did not order or want the product, and paid extra for delivery confirmation.in the letter I told them I was sending a copy to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for them to investigate mail fraud.
When my bank statement arrived, I found out that, in a period of 3 days, eight different companies charged me nearly $225 for their products, none of which I ordered. I did not order any "free trials" on the Internet. So far I have received $7.90 in refunds, but none from Xanithin3.
In addition, I refused two packages from China at the Post Office. God only knows what was in them. I don't know how they got my bank account information. I did receive a letter from my banking institution saying that some of my information may have been compromised.
What I do know is that this is theft, pure and simple.
