Directv All around failure

I originally signed up for Directv because I could save a tremendous amount of money in comparison to local cable. Here's whats happened so far:

They signed me up for channels I specifically requested not to have
The dish wasn't working& and technician didn't show up for appointment. When I called to inquire about the missed appointment, I was lectured by the phone specialist that I shouldn't have scheduled an evening appointment because the technicians don't PREFER those appointments.
The dish wasn't working AGAIN - earliest technician appointment 2 WEEKS AWAY - informed by phone specialist that I cannot be credited for the time it wasn't working because I didn't report it right away - are you kidding me? So not only am I going without services for more than two weeks, but THEY REFUSED TO CREDIT my account for that time.
Bill charged to my credit card - WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL. I was informed at sign up that there would be a ONE TIME charge to my card, and then I would receive monthly bills in the mail - they have charged my credit card without my consent, which infuriates me the most.

I've had direct TV for 2 months and had to call at least 6 times already...

Tell me - would any of YOU be happy with this service???

This is the worst I have EVER been treated by a company - EVER. If I could get out of this contact I would go back to paying more for cable in a heartbeat!!! The extra dollars are worth the customer service!
