Immediately after placing an order I realized that I hadbeen charged2 timesfor shipping. Ambiguous in their wording on the order page led to this. I immediately, within 3 minutes emailed to cancel the order and retract my authorization to charge my card. However next day received letter stating they could not stop order. BUT another email received later in the day states the order was in processing and my card would be charged the following day!? So I will be reporting them for fraudulent use of my credit card... Buyer Beware!!!
