As of today, my family and i have been without our home, since dec 5th. We are victims of the us justice foundation in las vegas nevada.
We come form a six figure income with a family of 5, due to the economy and struggling to keep our business afloat, we fell behind in payments and seeked help november 6th with jack ferm who told us he would help us save our home.
We gave him $500. Deposit and he said he would get things rolling to keep us in our home. Suddenly with no warning from anyone or jack ferms office we were rudely evicted.
This happened on friday dec. 5th and we had to wait till monday dec 8th to speak with him directly. He quickly apol0gized and said that our file was lost. He refunded the $500, and said that our case was going to be comped. We were in his office daily for a long as 4 to 5 hours at a time with no luck.
Our case was constantly pushed to a later date by the court systems. Then we were moved from judicial to litigation. With the office going down, we followed a lawyer who left jack ferms office and have been working with him.
We have no court date yet and we have been trying to work with the bank that bought our home and they have agreed to sell us back our home but with our financial situation and bad credit we are hoping to go through the h.O.P. E program.
We have lived in our home for 13 years and we have lived in vegas for 18 years. As of today our case is in litigation. I am writing this cause i desperately need some answers or advice this has been going on too long now and i just want to go home.
