Bought a Magic Jack Plus after not being able to get AT&T to fix my home phone line. I got the "Plus" since I like turning off my computer at night due to so many solicitation call (No Call Registry?). I registered to activate it and immedicately was charge to keep my home phone number which I thought was included; first clue. I called long distance immediately and thought the reception was pretty good, but found out quickly my internet wouldn't work. I then connected it to my computer and restored the reception, but quickly found out the phone wouldn't received calls, only let me call out. Frustrating to say the least since this blew the whole idea of spending $69.95 for the Magic Jack Plus. I then checked my credit card and found an immediate charge for$20.95 to keep my home phone number. I could only find a chat line to contact Magic Jack and am waiting for an email to see if I can "cancel" this order. Lucily, my credit card company is great at stopping charges. Will see what happens from here. Back this thing goes to Radio Shack as soon as they open today
