Joyce Lancaster And Husbund would not send item and would not return emails unless made to by ecrater and then just said (what is this about)

I bought an item from this seller on etsy and the seller would not send my item even though he had cashed my money order, i had to contact his local police before i got anything, first he told the police he would send the item, but when i found out the item he was selling was not what he said it was, then he told the police he would just return my money. He did do that but has made threats to kill me by phone and email.
I had a private investigator get his personal information and he got so mad he went to the (STATE) police to CLAIM THE POLICE GAVE HIS INFO AND TRIED TO GET THE OFFICER WHO TOOK THE REPORT IN TROUBLE...

This pair seem to be stone cold crooks and i am still tring to get the local police to file charges, even the post office in his town have him under investigation for mail fraud.

He will say or do anything to divert any blame from him self and the last email he sent me said (if he was locked up at least he would have 3 meals a day and i as a tax payer would pay for him!!!
